I find myself waiting for her to say to me, ‘Marcia, my love, good morning. Look how beautiful the sea is today.

But there is also another feeling, one of immense gratitude for being able to share my pain with the rest of the world.
We received thousands of messages of affection and solidarity that filled our hearts with comfort and peace.

A month of tributes, many tight hugs, many tear-eyed stories told by strangers, much remembering, much crying and much laughter.
Today and always, thank you for sharing with us your sense of humor, our huge head, our optimism, our ability to enjoy the simple things in life, our work ethic, and our love of hotels, airports, and planes.
More than anything else, I thank you my brothers and sisters, for teaching us that it is more pleasant for everyone to sleep in one room alone than each in his own room, and that it is more pleasant to squeeze everyone into a table than to dine at separate tables.
In the end: it is always better if we are good together.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you forever grateful.”
