Laura drops by Windermere to find Nicholas going over his divorce papers. He explains that Ava is getting Spoon Island. Laura asks why he gave up his house, and why Ava would want him. Nicholas thinks this is one of Esme’s tricks, but Laura thinks she really has amnesia and doesn’t remember a thing. Nicholas hopes it will stay that way, which confuses Laura. They are interrupted when Laura gets a call and apologizes for taking it. Laura says to the person, “I’m on my way” after hearing what they have to say.
